My time with Butler University Athletics

Yesterday marked a bittersweet milestone as I walked out of Hinkle Fieldhouse for the final time as an Athletic Communication Assistant at Butler University. 

What began as a sports information intern in 2022, quickly evolved into an incredible journey of discovering my passion for sports communications.

During my time with Butler, I was the primary contact for four sports, including cross country, track & field, women's volleyball, and women's lacrosse. Along the way, I expanded my skillset in editing highlights, live tweeting and even assisting operations at the BIG EAST Men's Basketball Tournament in Madison Square Garden!

I am incredibly grateful to John Dedman, Joey Gruner, and Kit Stetzel for welcoming me to your staff and mentoring me throughout my time in the communications office. Also, shoutout to the Butler creative content team and athletics staff for their continued support over the last three years! 

Best of luck to everyone next season, and I look forward to seeing the Bulldogs go dancing in March!
