Recap of my Seattle Seahawks Internship

Seven months, countless memories, and one unforgettable championship season later, and I am officially signing off from my internship with the Seattle Seahawks!

Taking a chance and moving over 2,000 miles away turned out to be worth every second. From meeting the team at Training Camp, to driving players to a Seattle Kraken game, to hosting two playoff games at Lumen Field, my rookie season in the NFL was filled with so many memorable moments!

The highlight of the season was traveling with the team for the whole week of Super Bowl LX! Whether it was managing the credentials and media guides at the team hotel, coordinating interviews during the chaos of Opening Night or organizing postgame interviews on the field after winning the Super Bowl, this trip alone taught me the values of staying composed, detail-oriented and proactive when the stakes are at their highest.

Thank you to our Seahawks communications team for providing me with the opportunity and mentorship all season! Also, shoutout to the rest of the amazing staff and intern class for making this experience so special! Excited to see what’s next! #GoHawks
